Goldfarb is an artist capable of working in many mediums, including ink drawing, oil paint, and watercolor, but is best known for his work with batik. Goldfarb also explores a variety of subjects in his art, including, flowers, landscapes, birds, and depictions of Native Americans of the southwest, particularly the Navajo.
